ARE YOUR PRODUCTS  CRUELTY FREE?

Absolutely, all of our products are cruelty-free because at Love by Jade, we share the strong belief that beauty products should never harm animals. Our founder, Jade, is passionate about this cause, and her commitment to the welfare of animals influences our entire product development process. We take great care in selecting and testing our ingredients, always choosing ethical, animal-friendly alternatives. You can confidently choose our products, knowing that you are supporting a brand that is deeply committed to the cruelty-free beauty movement. 

 

DO LOVE BY JADE'S PRODUCTS CONTAIN SLS, PARABENS OR PHTHALATES ?

No. Love by Jade's products are free from SLS, Parabens and Phthalates.

DO LOVE BY JADE PRODUCTS CONTAIN FRAGRANCES?

No, all of our products are fragrance free.

ARE LOVE BY JADE'S PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

Yes, all of our products are gluten-free

IS LOVE BY JADE PACKAGING RECYLABLE?

Some of our products contain materials which are not yet recyclable. To ensure our products are responsibly recycled we advise you to check with your local authority.

We're working on making our products more sustainable and increasing the percentage of packaging using PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) materials where possible.

 HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY PRODUCTS EXPIRE?

There's 'PAO' (Period After Opening) logo on each product packaging showing 12M or 9M, this indicates that the product should be used within 12 or 9 months of after opening.

WHERE ARE LOVE BY JADES PRODICTS MADE?

All Love by Jade's Products are made in the USA.
