We think you’re going to love your Love by Jade products. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).

Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only. Only U.S.  orders are eligible for exchanges.

Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.

If you purchased a bundle, all products within the bundle must be returned—partial refunds will not be issued.

LOVE BY JADE monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at LOVE BY JADE’s sole discretion.

Returns and exchanges not available with free gift promotions.

Simply grab your order ID number (You can find it in your confirmation email or on the packing slip enclosed in your order package) and email glow@lovebyjade.com


We’re happy to help with returns within 60 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping, original shipping, and any customs duties/taxes are paid by the customer and aren’t refundable. Need help? Email us at  glow@lovebyjade.com and we’ll guide you through the steps

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents. Contact us as within 7 business days at glow@lovebyjade.com and include a photo(s) of the damaged item for assistance.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

We’ll process your orders promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.

 

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
