SHIPPING POLICY

 

When will my products be shipped?

We know that you’re excited to receive your Love By Jade products, and we’re excited too!  All in-stock products ship within 2 business days.   Occasionally, there may be small delays if an item is out of stock as we make each product by hand, or in the event of large orders.  Regardless, you can rest assured we will do everything in our power to get your products to you in a timely manner all while providing the exceptional customer service we are known for. 

 

How are my products being shipped?

Who doesn’t love free shipping?  We know that we do.  This is why all Love By Jade customers enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $99!  Any orders below $99 have a flat rate shipping amount that will be reflected at the time you place your order.  We ship domestic orders over $125 via USPS Priority Mail.  Orders valued less than $125 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  Please email us at JADE@LOVEBYJADE.COM if you require expedited shipping or a different shipping method.

You will receive a shipping tracking number via email.  Please note, we are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a concierge, neighbor, or any other receiving party.  We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.  We want you to safely receive and enjoy your products, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship to APO or PO Boxes.  Express Shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are proud to offer international shipping for our customers outside of the United States.  International shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $25.  International shipping to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $35.  International orders over $350 ship FREE. Please allow 6 – 12 business days for international parcels, barring any unforeseen customs delays out of our control.  We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Our team will send you an order confirmation email once your order and payment have been received.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order along with the tracking details.  If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please check your spam or junk folders.  If you continue to have any issues receiving e-mails please e-mail us at JADE@LOVEBYJADE.COM.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

All of our products are individually and uniquely handmade with only the highest quality ingredients and in small batches.  Due to this and in order to continue to offer safe, clean, and uncontaminated products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered.  If you have any questions regarding our products or if you have a unique shipping need, please contact us prior to ordering.  Every product offered by Love By Jade is described as accurately as possible, with all of the ingredients listed in the product description.  Additionally, a brief summary of each ingredient is available on our site LoveByJade.com in the Ingredient Glossary.  Please make sure you are aware of the products you are purchasing and take the “no refund policy” into consideration before placing your order.

 

We are also happy to send samples of any in stock products with an order at your request.  Please specify which samples you would like to try in the Notes section at checkout.  We’ll be delighted to include them with your order.

 

We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately.  If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note at JADE@LOVEBYJADE.COM within 7 days of delivery.  To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available.  We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.  No returns will be granted following the seven days after delivery.Â
